• Digital products like SFX/VFX libraries in digital formats are delivered via email within 24-48 hours of purchase.

2. Shipping Timelines

• Comics, gift packages, and movie catalogues (physical): 9-10 business days within India, 15-20 business days internationally.

• SFX/VFX software and hardware packages: 10-15 business days.

• Custom or bulk orders: Delivery timelines will be provided at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product's weight, destination, and value.

• Free shipping for orders above ₹5,000 within India.

4. Tracking Details

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your order.

5. Damage or Loss

• If your order arrives damaged or is incomplete, report the issue to support@dkfilms.com within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

6. Customs and Duties

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees.
